Waiver of Responsibility: In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release and discharge The Brethren Home Community, The Brethren Home Foundation, Children’s Aid Society, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Oxford Township, and all sponsors, of all claims, damages, or actions whatsoever, in any manner rising out of my participation in said athletic event, I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I also give my permission to allow my name and/or picture to be used in any official document, newspaper, broadcast, telecast, or other account of the event without limitation and without compensation to me.
